Not Muslim nation had a written constitution before 1900.
This book is like The Bible, The Qur'an and Science by Maurice Bucaille.
Weeramantry is clearly a fraud. The book's claims are so outrageous that no one has considered it worthy of criticism--except me! --478jjjz (talk) 07:21, 10 May 2010 (UTC)
