Donkey Kong
[edit]the start of it is also in the mine cart rides in the videogame Donkey Kong 64.
- Is this really true? I actually have a copy of DK64 so i'll check this out later. Furik 15:39, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
- Speaking of that, I think that line is unnecessary. Do we really need to know that a theme song to an old movie was in a video game, just because it's in the song? Doesn't seem all that relevant. --Cyber95 02:33, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
Jazz and Awol
[edit]They rap "Jazz and Awol, that's our team". I read that Awol is the nickname of Amery Smith, but who's nickname is Jazz? --82.171.70.54 (talk) 00:54, 20 January 2008 (UTC)

The Sample at the start
[edit]I thought it was 'Night on a bald mountain' by Mussorgsky rather than rachmaninoff/stravinsky. Odin (talk) 21:26, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
Pretty sure the sample at the start is, but I believe elements of Prelude in C# Minor are used elsewhere in the song. Rockman999 (talk) 18:49, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
Update: had a listen and the chords over some of the verses are from Prelude in C# Minor. Editing article to reflect this. Rockman999 (talk) 19:25, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mk0xmCZQWmk Seems there are alternative versions. Maybe both deserve a mention as it could lead to budding classical enthusiasts to a piece they do not wish to hear. Odin (talk) 19:47, 18 May 2009 (UTC)
I believe the nickname of the sample in the beginning of the song is "The Sacrifice." I can't recall the exact title but I'm positive that is the nickname if that helps to find the correct version since the video Odin posted is now off of Youtube. "Drop" sample.
[edit]Someone had put that the word "drop" in the song was a sample from Pharcyde's "Drop". That is incorrect. The sample is from "The New Style" from the Beastie Boy's first album, "Licensed To Ill". The Pharcyde sampled "drop" from "The New Style". —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mixmasterpwt (talk • contribs) 22:48, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
Music video
[edit]The three guys inside the robot, controlling it, are based on the Three Stooges... AnonMoos (talk) 21:57, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
- Probably requires a (reliable) source before it can be added to the article. --82.171.70.54 (talk) 18:54, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
