Comments

  • Lead is weak, it doesn't describe the film really at all, and heads straight for reviewers' comments.
  • " $200,000 at the US box office with an additional US$300,000" you link the second US$ but just have an unlinked $ the first time.
  • "It holds very favourable" It received...
  • You link Marcos but not First Lady in the lead but then you link First Lady and not Marcos in the opening paragraph of the Synopsis section.
  • "her whirlwind romance" reads like a tabloid.
  • We have an article on Human rights in the Philippines you could link to.
  • "met Douglas MacArthur during" perhaps just add "General" in here so we can better put this meeting into context.
  • "why she got the lyrics wrong" -> "why she sang the lyrics incorrectly"
  • "Imelda in 2006." any reason why this shouldn't be "Marcos in 2006"?
  • "The film had its world premiere" ->" The film's world premiere..."
  • "and had its North American premiere" ->"while its North American premiere was..."
  • "within Maryland Film " -> "at the Maryland..."
  • Our article on Film Threat italicises the title.
  • "San Francisco Chronicle said " -> "The San Francisco Chronicle said "
  • It appears that Spiderman 2 is actually called "Spider-Man 2".
  • References could use filling out, e.g. adding retrieval dates and publication dates where appropriate, see WP:CITESTYLE.
  • "Comedy film" is a category, is this serious?

A few issues, so this is on hold for a week. The Rambling Man (talk) 10:33, 9 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

*Actually, I have fixed all of them. the only thing I disagree with is using her last name versus her first. The use of her first name is widely used in many publications and I think that's fine based on mononym, Leonardo da Vinci, and WP:PRIMARYTOPIC.--(Theparties) 09:52, 13 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
&Fine. I'll fix it.--(Theparties) 09:52, 13 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
