Why is this a separate article?[edit]

We have a full-length article at Safavid dynasty. See Category:Safavid dynasty for the full extent of our coverage in other articles. If there is anything of significance in the present article I think it should be merged somewhere else. EdJohnston (talk) 15:12, 21 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
