Oppose – Jefrey, while I agree that the article is decently well-writen, it is for folly. The storm did not cause any damage, no fatalities were reported, and it didn't make landfall. Jeffrey, there needs to be actual notability with a storm. For marginally notable storms like this, you need more info to verify its notability.
