Former QC[edit]

Isn't this title granted for life? so he is still Baron Slynn QC even though he no longer practices?

Because QC has been added and deleted a couple times; for the sake of posterity the answer is no. His 'full title' as it appeared in Dod's and on Parliament.uk was:
The Rt Hon. the Lord Slynn of Hadley GBE
Note the omission of Kt, PC, FCIArb, FKC, and academic post-nominals. Also note PC is omitted in place of using Rt Hon. to denote being a privy councillor, which is generally accepted as contemporary practice. Editing with Eric (talk) 10:41, 6 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
