I have failed the GA nomination for this article for two reasons:

1. The references are not properly formatted in the form of inline citations per WP:MOS and WP:CITE.
2. "Factual background", "legal background", "The government's case", "Litigation" and "Dissent" sections are unreferenced.
3. "Result" section contains insufficient references.
4. "Aftermath" may be a PoV header title.
