Incorrect arrows?[edit]

Singapore has a green up arrow, suggesting that a green up arrow means an improved score or rank. So why does the Dominican Republic have a down arrow? Its ranking improved from 82nd to 78th and its score improved from 57.4 to 58.3.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.91.247.212 (talk) 10:27, 19 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This is but one of several competitiveness indices[edit]

As it currently stands, this article confuses the subject of 'world competitiveness' indices with the specific one compiled by the WEF, a respectable source but not the only one.

There exist several such indices, for example from Lausanne's IMD. There may be others (OECD?)...

Perhaps the title of the article should be changed to something like "WEF Global Competitiveness Report". (Or we should have one 'Global Competitiveness' article with one section on each index?).
