Is glasny a typo or a real word?

The Wikipedia:Typo Team/moss spell checker has found a possible typo that a copyeditor needs help to resolve. If glasny is misspelled, it can just be corrected in this article. Glasny in Imperial Russia was a member of the City Duma or Zemstvo Assembly with a decisive vote. There is a page on Гласный in Russian Wiki.
