I'm not sure we can do any better than the disambiguation page for self-regulation. It's not clear whether it's more appropriate to link to self-policing or self-regulatory organization -- both are relevant and neither is well-written or sourced. Npdoty (talk) 20:17, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Article rewrite and update[edit]

This page was created on April 15th as an assignment for Professor Eric Goldman's Advertising Law class at Santa Clara University School of Law.

I have rewritten the article to summarize historical events and bring the article up to date in regards to significant current events.

All feedback is welcome.
