New redirect[edit]
I've decided to be bold and recreate a redirect for this page for the following reasons.
1. The phrase has been used in notable sources, including the United Nations and Condoleezza Rice.
2. The redirect target should satisfy WP:RNEUTRAL as the phrase relates directly to the criticism of the human rights situation in Belarus rather than to the country itself.
3. There was some agreement for a redirect towards this target in the latest AfD prior to closure.
