Line length[edit]

@Michael Barera:: The discrepancy stems from the initial 27 miles (43 km), completed in 1915, and the post-World War I extensions which increased the electrification to 52 miles (84 km). Mackensen (talk) 20:25, 10 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Got it, Mackensen. I've added to the lede to explain this clearly, although the 52-mile length is clearly stated and cited later in the article. Please modify if (and how) you see fit. Michael Barera (talk) 20:36, 10 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

"under catenary"[edit]

I suppose the term means: electrified with overhead wires? If this is a usual expression in the railroad business, please add this meaning to the article catenary. Without this explanation, as it stands now, linking to the article catenary is more confusing than helpful. --BjKa (talk) 10:47, 18 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Valid point. I have changed the link to Overhead line, which is more relevant. KirksKeyKard (talk) 11:58, 18 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
