Talk:El Caracol (singer)

Unfortunately, I just now discovered that El Caracol (Manuel Ortega) already has an article under the name Manolo Caracol. That article is much more developed than this one. Therefore this article should be merged into Manolo Caracol.

Personally, I think the title Manolo Caracol is a poor choice as it conflates his given name with his stage name.

When I looked, there was no reference to Manolo Caracol under El Caracol (which has about a half-dozen disambig. references). I have since changed the link to Manolo Caracol (which I had earlier directed to here, El Caracol (singer)).

I do not know how to complete a merger of articles. I will go as far as I know how. Elfelix (talk) 22:00, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
