Curriculum[edit]

This article appears to be a promotional piece about sports and musical achievements. Does this school also teach mainstream core subjects? --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 00:48, 31 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Promotion[edit]

Further to my 2011 comment on this page, as the school appears to be determined to promote itself, I have now removed such content. Wikipedia is not for schools to tell the world how good they are - they can keep that for their school magazine or web site. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 21:29, 8 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Grade Level range[edit]

It's 9-12 except for the last week or more of school

Most of the school year except for last 1 to 1.5 weeks of school

Grade 9 (Freshmen)
Grade 10 (Sophomore)
Grade 11 (Junior)
Grade 12 (Senior)

At the last 1 to 1.5 weeks of school

Grade 9 (Freshmen)
Grade 10 (Sophomore)
Grade 11 (Junior)

Every year, seniors get finished like a week or a little bit more than a week early, due to them graduating and some times graduation comes before the rest of the building is out, where as juniors and lower can't do that is because they don't have enough graduation requirements and their not graduating so their not in a hurry. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2605:A000:1103:144:1567:84B8:66B7:A718 (talk) 22:18, 8 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

And because of this you think the article needs a note in the infobox that the school only runs to Grade 11 [1]? It's a grade 9 to 12 school. Period. Meters (talk) 22:29, 8 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Dublin Business Academy[edit]

Dublin Business Academy was held here when it started in 2012, and was lasting here up till the 2017-2018 school year. Starting in the 2018-2019 school year it's held at Emerald Campus. It was here for a span of 6 years.

The most recent day before the 2018-2019 school year that Dublin Business Academy wasn't here was on 05/31/2012 which was the last day of the 2011-2012 school year.

Feel free to add it to the article with a reliable source. I removed it from the lead because it wasn't sourced, and because it didn't belong in the lead in the first place. Meters (talk) 23:55, 1 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
And removed form the lead again. The malformed source that was added was to the Dublin Business Academy itself, so not an independent source. Having looked at the source, despite the fancy name, the Academy is just a student-run teeshirt business. Not a huge deal and certainly not something for the lead. It's unusual, so it's probably worth mentioning. (it's no longer run out of this school, but students from this school still participate in it). I'll rewrite it elsewhere in the article, and see if I can find a better ref. Meters (talk) 03:07, 10 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
