A Promised Land
[edit]I had previously added what President Obama said about his vice presidential selection in his recent memoir A Promised Land to the Evan Bayh and Tim Kaine articles, but have also added it here. I think it is worth including as it somewhat differs from the reporting of the time and what others have said by not mentioning Bayh as a contender and stated unequivocally that the final choice was between Joe Biden and Tim Kaine.
