WikiProject Dance To-do list:

Removal of entries without dance floor in their title[edit]

A number of entries without dance floor in their title were removed and I've restored them. A topic is often referred to by a name other than its title. For instance

Sprung floor and Performance surface. When a studio owner says they'd like a nice dance floor these are what they mean.
Category dance culture, some of these are specifically referred to as 'dance floor' without qualification, in this context they often mean having sex associated with dance.
Category dance venue, Dance venues are commonly referred to as dance floors rather than as halls or clubs or anything like that.

I'll take Eurodance out, the definition used to include being called 'Dance floor' but now it says it is just referred top as 'Dance!'. Dmcq (talk) 10:04, 13 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No sorry won't remove, see in Eurodance#Definition where it says it was referred to as Dancefloor. Dmcq (talk) 10:07, 13 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
