I placed the POV tag when creating the article because it is pasted from a US government website. Because this comes from a US govt source it may not be neutral, but I don't have the expertise to judge. Your simplicity and innocence in accepting that the contents may not be neutral is quite appreciable. Indeed, the relations of US with the Caribbean states require a historic and international relation perspective evaluation. Let us hope that some more people join in the discussion and a balanced as well as counter views are also projected while describing the topic. I believe that it should be framed by evaluating the historic prospective of foreign relations of America since 1890 in the Caribbean.
