Consulting the Parliament[edit]

Article 250 EC (before the Treaty of Lisbon) does not mention consulting the Parliament. Is the obligation placed on the Council on a case-by-case basis in other provisions referring to Article 250? – Kaihsu (talk) 13:42, 16 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
