What has happened to the actual history page for Communities of Innovation?

I happened to drop by this page again and I realized that its orignal history page has been altered. For example, I have made contributions to this page on 27 Nov 2010 and other dates, however this page's history dates it as beginning on 30 Nov 2010.

Can someone reinstate the original history page or explain how I can reverse this act of vandalism so as to properly acknowledge those who have actually contributed to this article in the past?
