What is the height[edit]

Conflicting reports of being 292 or 286 m high. Any referenced source?ROxBo (talk) 03:34, 13 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Was there ever a castle?[edit]

I think the site should mention whether there was once a castle on Castle Hill. 86.144.199.31 (talk) 12:30, 3 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No castles in Australia I'm afraid. We missed out on the Stone/Iron/Middle Ages construction boom.ROxBo (talk) 14:25, 3 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Castle Hill or Castle Rock[edit]

I see many more hits for "Castle Rock" (> 2 mil) than "Castle Hill" (< 1 mil). Are they names of different things? (suburb vs (common) name of actual mount) Should the article be renamed? I started putting images into commons:Category:Castle Rock, Townsville. John Vandenberg (chat) 13:53, 17 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
