Feast day

[edit]

Why is St. Maria's feast day on 6 December and not on 25 July, the date of her death? Caeruleancentaur (talk) 12:06, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I found the answer: because 25 July is the feast day of St. James the Apostle. My question now is why was 6 December chosen, by whom, and who celebrates it on that date? Caeruleancentaur (talk) 12:56, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
[edit]

This article needs a link from Maria del Monte Carmelo, her name in religion. It took me "forever" to track her down. Caeruleancentaur (talk) 13:00, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
