Camelford water contamination incident
The Camelford water contamination incident - sometimes known as the Lowermoor incident - has been controversial for twenty years. New health evidence, and new insight into the motives of the various organisations involved, is still coming to light. I think that we should have a big separate article on it. It needs to be written with care, because it is still controversial. However, I don't think that I have the energy to author it from scratch at this time, Starting with reading the 200 pages of the latest government enquiry. All power to anyone who does! - Well, looking at it, some 3½ years later, nobody has, and that article remains short and lacking in detail. If nobody's going to tackle this, I propose merging it here until somebody does. For one thing, there is in some cases, more detail in this article than that. A redirect would be OK, of course. Rodhullandemu 22:09, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
- I am currently updating this article at Camelford water pollution incident and could do with some help. I hope you don't mind I have removed the merge proposal as it's clearly notable outside the context of Camelford and now already too big to be a subsection --Pontificalibus (talk) 16:59, 3 December 2009 (UTC)
