Not a protocol?

Reading over the attached documentation, it does not appear the C-MODEM is a protocol at all, but simply a ZMODEM driver for BBS's. As such I believe this article should be removed and a mention of the driver added to the ZMODEM article, if at all. It does not appear to be particularly notable.
