Oppose, a professional athlete is primary ahead of a collegiate one. Braden Smith (basketball) has pageviews spikes during basketball season, but overall does not receive an exceptional amount of traffic. The point about spikes might be a reason to say the basketball player is not yet primary despite an overall 3:1 ratio of pageviews, but being a professional does not automatically make a topic primary.
