Weird sentence in lead[edit]

What does this sentence from the lead mean:

It is set in an old English milieu on Sybarate Isle in the Hold of the Sea Princes.

I've have no idea what it is trying to say, especially 'set in an old English mileu'. Ashmoo (talk) 12:59, 5 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
