5th Largest claim
[edit]Both BDO and Grant Thornton and BMR advisors articles state they are the 5th largest accounting firm worldwide. Clearly there is something not quite right. Is there an up-to-date list from a reputable 3rd party to establish the correct position. If not then the claim on both sites should be removed.--GazMan7 (talk) 17:16, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
Reference inserted for BDO from accountancy age, grant thornton is fifth largest in UK, not the world. It is seventh in the world according to this reference. Jmsbwtr (talk) 20:05, 20 April 2012 (UTC)
Merge with constituent companies
[edit]Should the articles on the individual countries companies be merged here? There are merge tags suggesting this on BDO Simpson Xavier and BDO Dunwoody. Please comment on this. D O N D E groovily Talk to me 04:16, 6 January 2011 (UTC)
- Yes. Makes sense to me. One or more can always be split out again if this article gets too large. --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 09:34, 6 January 2011 (UTC)
I believe the James M. Dunwoody, alias "the Colonel," mentioned in the Canadian section was Lt. James Moore Dunwoody, D.S.O., D.C.M., of the Fort Garry Horse. Can anyone confirm?Ab.chaplin (talk) 21:26, 9 October 2014 (UTC)
