Content moved to Australian Rugby League Commission

[edit]

The Australian Rugby League Commission Limited is the same company as the Australian Rugby League Limited, just re-named and re-constituted.

Apparently over-zealous rugby league fans and editors over a period of nine years didn't realize it is the same organization and created separate articles under each name with confused content.

Content merged and page redirected.

Under 14

[edit]

Are you aloud to shoulder charge in under14 using international rugby league rules

No. It might be international rules but safe-play code still applies.--Alexio 12:06, 25 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The ARL Logo appears three times on this page at the top. Is this necessary? If nobody objects, I will reduce this to one.--dan, dan and dan 21:50, 6 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah no problem deleting the third one. But keep in mind that there are two different logo designs on the page, so perhaps we should keep a copy of both the new logo and the old logo. Up to you. --mdmanser 00:01, 7 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. I have left the Optus Cup version in as that seems to most fit in with what is there. That said, they are very similar logos, but.. :-) --dan, dan and dan 06:21, 7 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

the rugby league news

[edit]

if this is not the sort of posting you usually have on this site I apologise in advance and will be happy to see it removed

i have come across eighteen copies of a "newspaper" titled "the rugby league news".. copies dating from 1967 and including souvenir first test edition against New Zealand at Sydney Cricket ground, June 10 1967, but I cannot find any mention of it on any of the Australian rugby league sites

can anybody please enlighten me

Many thanks
