My name is Mike Rick and I am an employee of the law firm K&L Gates. I am writing to bring the community's attention to a few updates to the information currently included in this K&L Gates Center Wikipedia article, which I have outlined below. Please let me know if you have questions or you would like further information.

-In March 2010, K&L Gates became the building’s largest tenant [1], having sponsored both the renaming of the building and a revitalization of the building’s ground-floor lobby, exterior entry façade and adjoining plaza.

-The “white marble and multiple fluorescent lights” described at end of current entry is part of a new, illuminated entry portal connecting the building with the street, with five “Light Columns” created by artist Cerith Wyn Evans [2] illuminating the interior space as well as the outside plaza. These columns are complemented by the neon wall sculpture “Mobius Strip,” also by Wyn Evans, at the entry reception desk. The use of light within architectural environments is a cornerstone of Wyn Evans’s practice, with this site-specific piece having been created exclusively for the K&L Gates Center.

-Lastly, can someone please advise as to the source of the statement regarding the setbacks on construction?

I've added the first part, I'll leave the other for someone more experienced to decide if it should be added. If you think that the statement about the setbacks is false, it can be removed; in fact you can do that yourself. --JokerXtreme (talk) 09:19, 3 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for using the template instead of making the edits yourself. The source for the second paragraph is not suitable as it is a primary source. If you can find coverage of the artwork in a newspaper then that can be used as a source and then the info can be added. I've deactivated the template for the moment but please undo this by removing "tlx|" if you find a better source. Smartse (talk) 17:12, 4 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Oh and I can't find any sources about asbestos delaying construction so I'll remove it. Smartse (talk) 17:13, 4 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

{{Request edit}} Thank you for making these changes. Since the white marble and fluorsecent light statement isn't attributed to any source, I'm wondering if that can also be removed from the entry? At the very least, removal of the word "cold" from the phrase "cold white marble" would help in making this a less-biased statement? Thanks again. Included is a published article describing the artwork both in K&L Gates Center's entry, as referenced in my earlier updates, as well as throughout the new office space.

Among the building's artwork is a new, illuminated entry portal connecting the building with the street, with five “Light Columns” created by artist Cerith Wyn Evans [1] illuminating the interior space as well as the outside plaza. Attached is a photo showing the building with its current name, if you would be interested in updating the article's photo to something more recent. The article's existing photo shows the Freemarkets name, which was two names before its current name. The photo provided here was taken by K&L Gates and may be used for this article. Thank you.
