Editing of my translation

Hello @W.carter: I did some editing of my translation. I hope it is now more easy for you to correct my text. I don't translate exactly my german text - I write the text like I read a simple crime story in English now. :-) I changed some phrases completely - don't look at my German text no more. I will correct the text in German accordingly to the English text.

PS for christmas and after I went to the bibliotheca and rent for free 14 crime books in English - so that I have no time to look TV or other stuff. That will be a good training for my writing. Best.--Maxim Pouska (talk) 07:00, 16 December 2015 (UTC)

Thank you Maxim. I'm usually not looking at the German text other than when there is something that is a bit unclear in the English. I think it is always better if you write the English text with your "own, new, words" rather than translating directly. I notice that the English is much better when you do this and so it is with most translations I've seen here. The books are an excellent idea. :) I read English books all the time and it's very helpful. I will continue with the text later. Best, w.carter-Talk 09:00, 16 December 2015 (UTC)
