Utterly unmemorable individual in the Thames Valley policing area . Fair point, but Stansfield is notable for quite different reasons. While serving as PCC he lent his name (and by inference that of TV Police) to numerous crank causes. Write-up requires more time & facts than I have available, but it seems a can of worms.
