Allan "WinAce" Glenn was a (fairly) well-known blogger, who died of cystic fibrosis in 2005 at the age of 20 [ref]. Presumably the COTA had something to do with his (failed) attempt to obtain a lung transplant, although I've not been able to track down an explicit statement of this.
