The page Alessandro Capone [Linguist] has been nominated for deletion. The reason is GNG [general notability guideline] policy. The article is well-written and informative and is supported by many up-to-date references. Alessandro Capone [Linguist] is a well-known full professor (he is an editor of many top-tier journals such as journal of pragmatics and intercultural pragmatics) and is the chief editor of Springer series on Pragmatics. He is notable enough to be provided with an entry on wikipedia. I have seen many other similar pages have been published by wikipedia (such as Istvan Kecskes). I see no reason why an entry to Alessandro Capone [Linguist] should not be published!
