Sherurcij you are edit warring. I have checked the article very carefully and i have added these templates because they are surly needed. I know you have created these articles and it can be heartbreaking to see templates on them but please do accept the input of other editors. IQinn 03:44, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
I did not create this article, nor am I editwarring, I am warning you for template-spam, this article does need the USgovtPOV template; it does not need every template known to man. For example, you added {{wikify}} which clearly does not belong in this article, since it is wikified already (note the internal links and section headers).
