I'll get to this shortly.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 03:27, 12 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • No DABs, external links OK
  • Images appropriately licensed.
  • No possibility of getting a unit insignia or emblem for the infobox, I presume?
  • None I'm aware of. I had considered using a large Yugoslav flag there, but decided against it as I didn't want to standardise, as other division articles have relevant photographs
  • Translate and link ranks
  • I prefer to use notes with links and citations in them for the equivalents
  • I should add that in my experience dealing with articles about non-English armies like the Yugoslav one and even the Wehrmacht, there are always those that insist on changing these ranks to what seems like the English equivalent, such as Army General for Armijski đeneral and Major general for Generalmajor, both of which are wrong. That is the reason I prefer to use a note with a citation for the US Army equivalent. Cheers, Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 10:21, 20 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Your method is fine, but move the link and cite for Divizijski đeneral to the first use in the lede. I generally follow the rank with the closest English equivalent in parentheses as I prefer to keep notes for more substantial issues. But that's just me.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 14:51, 22 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Move link for Maribor to first use.
  • Done.
  • was not equipped or trained to resist suggest "neither nor" phrasing
  • Good idea, done.
  • Link border guard on first use. Lotta place names, be sure that they're all linked.
  • Done. Pretty sure I've got them all.
  • What exactly did the fifth columnists do? I suspect that many Slovenes and Germans simply failed to report, but what else?
  • Yes, that. But per the article, radio broadcasts, leaflets, forming the "Slovenian Legion" to disarm VKJ troops, agitating for an independent Slovenia.
and fifth column actions meant that nearly all the fighting was conducted by border troops. This is what confused me as I'd interpret that as active measures by the fifth columnists to delay mobilization/movement forward with kinetic measures, etc. So clarify.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 14:51, 22 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Added in a bit in two spots stating there was no combat between fifth columnists and Yugoslav troops in this division. Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 00:40, 23 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Drava banovina?
