If you are unable to complete a move for technical reasons, you can request technical help below. This is the correct method if you tried to move a page, but you got an error message saying something like "You do not have permission to move this page, for the following reasons:..." or "The/This page could not be moved, for the following reason:..."

  • To list a technical request: edit the Uncontroversial technical requests subsection and insert the following code at the bottom of the list, filling in pages and reason:

    {{subst:RMassist|current page title|new title|reason=reason for move}}

    This will automatically insert a bullet and include your signature. Please do not edit the article's talk page.
  • If you object to a proposal listed in the uncontroversial technical requests section, please move the request to the Contested technical requests section, append a note on the request elaborating on why, and sign with ~~~~. Consider pinging the requester to let them know about the objection.
  • If your technical request is contested, or if a contested request is left untouched without reply, create a requested move on the article talk and remove the request from the section here. The fastest and easiest way is to click the "discuss" button at the request, save the talk page, and remove the entry on this page.

For this one it might be better to use List of current champions in TNA Wrestling, per the CIA and FBI examples at WP:SHORTFORM. — BarrelProof (talk) 18:56, 14 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • Impact Wrestling (currently a redirect to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling)  TNA Wrestling (currently a redirect instead to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling) (move · discuss) – Per RM on talk page. Company reverted to previous name, and article needs to be moved as well. RM was pretty much a SNOW case with the only question being whether or not to spell out the name or use the acronym (the full name saw more support) and whether to wait until the first event with the new old name. As that event was last night, the wait argument is moot. oknazevad (talk) 18:19, 14 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
That RM doesn't appear to have been closed yet. — BarrelProof (talk) 18:56, 14 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Seconded, you can't go to WP:RMT when there is an ongoing RM. Wait. 162 etc. (talk) 18:58, 14 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Oknazevad: You can request a closure at WP:RFCC, but they should be neutrally worded. (Note: Impact Wrestling is fully move protected.) SilverLocust 💬 19:05, 14 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I've closed the RM as clear consensus to move the page to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, Warm Regards, ZI Jony (Talk) 16:44, 15 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@ZI Jony: why that name? It's overwhelmingly called TNA Wrestling in updated sources and on its own website? I see very few hits for the spelled out name. Cheers

@Amakuru:, mostly consensus to use full name of TNA Wrestling. Warm Regards, ZI Jony (Talk) 17:27, 15 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@ZI Jony: please see WP:AT and WP:NAMECHANGES. The article title needs to be the commonly used name in sources, not an "official" name per policy. The clear and overwhelming common name, and the proposal for this RM, is TNA Wrestling and that's where we should move it to.  — Amakuru (talk) 17:34, 15 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Amakuru:, updated, please do the needful at the earliest. Warm Regards, ZI Jony (Talk) 17:41, 15 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
