Changed "the discredited idea" to "the belief." Under the third and fourth amendments to the Constitution, individuals have the right to free speech and their own religious beliefs. The references and subsequent paragraphs give information as to why this individual's ideas have been discredited. Tag: Reverted

David Barton has never stated separation of church and state weren't important. Furthermore, every single citation in the original opinionated version came from a source that is known to have a biased view, without proffering the equal and opposite point. The original author tries to convey that an argument is 'settled' and only to their bias; even though that is objectively false. Telling the entire truth is important, stop the teams. David Barton uses the original founders diaries, letters, and writings to let you know what they thought and said. David Barton does not place his own interpretation on these items, he merely shares their records as written, by them. Tag: Reverted
