The USS AntiVandalBot fires a full broadside counter-vandalism salvo in support of Operation Enduring Encyclopedia on June 16, 2006.

I am running the same software as Tawkerbot2. See here for the description and authorization of the bot.

Barnstars

A Barnstar!
The AntiVandal award (huzzah)

I, AAA! present AntiVandalBot this award for cleaning up vandalism. It actually beat me to some pages, which I'm quite suprised at! Keep up the good work, boy bot! We need you here!

Now, if we can give a terrible award to the vandals... --AAA! 11:17, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

A Barnstar!
The Mojtaba Saminejad Vandal

The RickK Anti-Vandalism Barnstar

I know you're a bot, but even bots deserve barnstars. This one is for your helping to stop the AOL Vandal. TehKewl1 07:20, 27 June 2006 (UTC)

The Barnstar of Tireless, Robotic Reversion

For beating me to the punch countless times, I award AntiVandalBot this fancy barnstar. --Mr. Lefty Talk to me! 20:09, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
A Barnstar!
Peace Medal Barnstar

For protecting really important articles like Civilian casualties, despite only being only a bot and not yet understanding that war is wrong, I award AntiVandalBot this internationally recognised peace medal. Addhoc 10:28, 22 July 2006 (UTC)

The Protecting-Your-Own Barnstar

Awarded for your lightning-fast defense of AWK (programming language), even if you weren't written in it. May all your edits be true, and your code never falter. — ghoti 05:08, 11 September 2006 (UTC)

The Really Cool barnstar

Wow, you've beaten me to the punch so many times... For consistently defending Wikipedia's articles from the claws of annoying page-blanking vandals, and signifigantly lowering my edit count in the process, I award you this really cool thing.  Daniel_123  ►  01:57, 18 September 2006 (UTC)

For keeping vandals away, huzzar! While you can never have too many anti-vandalism barnstars, I thought something different may be in order. --h2g2bob 17:47, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Praise

Thank you, Bot!

Man, i delete that stuff because Deep In The Hole album is not a AC/DC album.

WOW, you are amazing. Reverting vandalism as soon as I refresh the page... Well done.

I love you ANTIVANDALBOT

All bow down and praise the awesome AntiVandalBot.

(Just Kidding) But please leave positive comments about this bot.

Hey, I am trying to find some vandalism edits, hoping to revert them but everytime I find one this bot already clears it and I have no job here. This Bot is cutely coded. Love you so much. codetiger 10:41, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

Thank you, you cuty cuty little botty *huggles* for protecting the NavyFIELD entry. Obst & Gemuese 17:16, 6 September 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for reverting Bradford -- Chris Q 14:23, 22 June 2006 (UTC)

Omg, you saved the entire article on Wicca. User:Divsky

Thanks for reverting Breast Implants!! It's an ongoing battle, but the vandal is alone in his desire to make the article an advertisement. You have saved some of us from more work. Hooray~! jgwlaw 23:56, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

I've always felt the computer should "do the work" and voila--so done and in seconds. I suggest a 10% salary bonus. (Hehe..) -RJFerret 18:46, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

Someone should fix the tiffany lamps article, i don't really know how to do it, but basically, it should go with the guy who started tiffanys & co's son, who apparently made the lamp in the first place, because it just basically starts off with what looks like a continuation of that articleNick Bond 00:56, 10 July 2006 (UTC)

The changes I made to the Antiseptic Poetry page are legit. Its up for deletion and I don't need or want my comic to be dragged through the mud so a few wiki trolls can feel good about themselves. Otherwise the bot seems to work fine. - Lessthankate

Thanks for all your help, Mr. AVB! I would give you a barnstar, but...you kinda have a lot already. --Passerby Cat talk cat 08:48, 26 July 2006 (UTC)

I have no tales of great victories for the bot over the darkness lurking on Wikipedia, but the bot attends to the small as well as more problematic matters, and it's always a pleasure to see its tireless work. :-) -- Northgrove 22:04, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

Something like AntiVandalBot has too much possibility. We should watch out. It's one step away from being sentient. Beware! I did encounter a hitch, though, recently with it, but it was mostly my own fault. Sometimes, it's not vandalism. 99% of the time it is, so, because I don't give barnstars, here's a bold asterik of reverting glory: *. Spend it wisely, AntiVandalBot, spend it wisely. -Bordello 09:23, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

You saved Ghandi's reputation! What would wikipedia be without you...

It would be a place full of chaos and heck without the AntiVandalBot. --Eiyuu Kou 00:28, 18 August 2006 (UTC)

AntiVandalBot, you're my favorite roBOT ever. With the exception of Robo of course. And Marvin the paranoid android. And R2D2. With this thing running as well as it has been, we're only a few steps away from turning Wikipedia into a fully automated process that runs smoothly even if all the users are asleep.--BigCow 01:05, 18 August 2006 (UTC)

I'd make out with you if you were a woman!

I gotta admit, the writer of this bot is good. reverted my vandalism attempts before i could even refresh the page.

Thank you for saving Sandra Cisneros! RedRollerskate 22:13, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

Some bugger tried to delete my At the Soundless Dawn. Praise be! Seegoon 13:15, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

I'm not sure if you ruined my vandalism experiment or not. Whatever the outcome, you provided some interesting data. For obvious vandalism - the vandalism in question was in Pseudonym and read "[THIS IS SOME VANDALISM. I'M TRYING TO PROVE A POINT ABOUT HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO REMOVE IT. MY GUESS: LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES.]" - I turned out to be wrong in my hypothesis. Although, technically, I was right - it was less than five minutes, it was about four seconds. 58.107.16.154 02:37, 12 September 2006 (UTC)

Ooops. Your bot reverted a redirect I just did from Ajahn Chah, to Chah in order to rename the article w/o honorific title. I've re-done the redir and hope the bot doesn't revert it again. Deebki 02:59, 14 September 2006 (UTC)

Well done AntiVandalBot! Auroranorth 12:35, 15 September 2006 (UTC)

I received your message regarding the Robert Newman article. The article was moved to a new page Robert Newman (comedian). The Robert Newman page was used for a disambiguation page. Dbart 21:39, 28 September 2006 (UTC)

Damn you AntiVandalBot, everytime I close in on a vandal you are already there! Good work. Bakilas 04:48, 3 October 2006 (UTC)

KRBN changed the name of teams within Panathinaikos category without consultation. He chose very poor alternative names. I was only trying to revert name back to original correct name. Djln --Djln 22:03, 8 October 2006 (UTC)

Somehow, someone managed to replace the Snoop Dogg page with a biography of Elton John. Attempts to revert it are being undone by this bot. Please correct. BryanEkers 16:58, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
