Editor Buster7 submitted the following nomination for Editor of the Week:

I gladly nominate Eposty to be Editor of the Week for the quality of the effort they put in to what they do. Many one of their over 8,000 edits have enriched and balanced all five of the Major League Baseball Season articles since the 2011 season. He actively participates at 2015 Major League Baseball postseason, as he has in previous seasons. The same is true for the 2015 American League Division Series and the 2015 National League Division Series. Amazingly, 82% of his work is in article space. Another 16% is dedicated to the important work of facilitating team standing templates; a mostly hidden but extremely important task to the information on dozens of sport pages throughout the encyclopedia. That doesn't leave much time for talk or controversy. The job of updating and facilitating MLB records and articles and templates can be a tedious, tireless and thankless job. This award is but small thanks for the many years of positive activity that Eposty has donated to the encyclopedia.

MLB Records

The Tireless Contributor Barnstar
For tirelessly and thanklessly updating MLB records, I hearby award you the Tireless Contributor Barnstar! On behalf of the Wikipedia community, thank you for working behind the scenes to make sure that everything stays up to date! AP1787 (talk) 05:28, 19 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Media request: contact Eposty

Hi! I'm Kevin Collier, a reporter for the Daily Dot. My sincere apology if I'm violating etiquette by posting this way; I'm simply not sure how else to contact you.

We do a lot of profiles of quirky Internet personalities, and I'd love to talk to you about the amazing work of updating the MLB season each day. Care to email me? I'm [email protected].

Invitation to discussion

Take a look at the latest discussion at Talk:2012 Major League Baseball season. I'd like to get your thoughts. Maybe there's a good reason to keep the "hitting leaders" section the way it is now, that I just haven't thought of yet. --LarryJeff (talk) 14:41, 10 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section. A summary of the conclusions reached follows.
