Vlastimir Đorđević (b. 1948, Koznica) is a Serbian colonel general.

Djordjevic was born in 1948 in Koznica and graduated from Belgrade University Law Faculty. Djordjevic was Assistant Minister of the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Chief of the Public Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 1997, Djordjevic was promoted from Lieutenant General to Colonel General by presidential decree. He remained the Assistant Minister and Chief of the Public Security Department until January 2001. He is now believed to be hiding in Russia.

Colonel General Vlastimir Djordjevic is on the run charged with war crimes in Kosovo. He is indicted for being part of the 1999 Serb crackdown on Kosovo Albanian citizens. As Chief of the Public Security Department, he was responsible for ensuring that all units of the Public Security Department in Serbia and Kosovo carried out their orders—and the orders, it is believed, often spawned atrocious crimes.
