- He has contributed one song: Piya Haji Ali to Fiza (1999, Hindi).
- Rights for his Tamil album Kandukondain Kandukondain (2000) are reported to have been sold for a peak sum of Rs.2.2 crore. This record was reset 10 years later by Enthiran.[1][2] He also made a guest appearance as himself in the same film.[3]
