The Terrace Ballroom was a ballroom located on 464 South Main Street in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Originally known as the Coconut Grove, the venue was the largest ballroom in America in the 1930s. It changed its name to Rainbow Rendezvous in the 1940s, and eventually the Terrace Ballroom in the 1950s.[1]

During the 1960s, 1970s and early 1980s the venue hosted performances by several famous musicians and rock bands, including Frank Zappa, The Grateful Dead, The Moody Blues, Led Zeppelin, Alice Cooper, Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane and The Doors.

The venue was closed in 1981 and demolished. The site is now occupied by a parking lot.[1]
