Introduction to contentious topics

Hi AmericanBaath, the "500 edits" restriction mentioned in the blue box above is pretty broad; it applies to article edits (2023 Israeli airstrikes on Palestinians fleeing Gaza City) and even participation in deletion discussions and requested move discussions.
