Notes:
Filter to tag new blank articles, they are regularly popping up at CSD this will hopefully catch any we're missing. I haven't put a rate limit on this but we can if it becomes a problem in the future. -Callanecc 2014-09-01 disabling to bring down the condition limit --zzuuzz restored, optimised --z Restoring tag - not much use otherwise. Not sure this is a useful filter. RF 20150714 Disable and delete. Filter is broken in that it tags edits that blank the page to 0 bytes, and since ACTPERM there are very few blank pages created, with Filter 98 tagging short article creations covering pretty much all that this does. -Galobtter 20190114 rewrite, enabling on log only to gather some current data, all namespaces except user/talk --zzuuzz, 20190727 -test over. --zz 20191003 [[Wikipedia:Edit_filter/Requested/Archive_13#Creation_of_blank_pages]]
