- diffhist Bengal Presidency 22:48 −400 Worldbruce talk contribs (→Economy: Removed misunderstanding of the source. It says (p. 14) the Nawab of Dhaka's annual income was over one million rupees (c. first half of the 19th century), but says that income was generated from Dhaka, Mymensingh, Faridpur, Barisal, Tripura, and Chittagong. It doesn't say the Mughal administration was reaping that much from Dhaka alone in the 18th century, or that the British administration took over that amount of revenue, or that was the greatest in India. Removed unsourced.)
