Autopatrolled

User:Ramblersen2

I have created +2,000 articles over a 10-year period as User:Ramblersen but lost access to this account after having a new password sent to an outdated e-mail address. I was told that creating a new account was the only solution. Can I have my autoreviewer status (that I received years ago) back right away? And will this also mean that I won't constantly have to pass those "letter recognition""-tests (I'm not familiar with the technical term) or what will that take?Ramblersen2 (talk) 11:46, 29 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Not done This may come as a bit of a shock to you but upon checking your last three articles (created under your new user name), I see a lot of sloppy editing that would definitely benefit from reviews. I'm astonished to find that you don't define DEFAULTSORT when creating biographies. Sourcing of two of those three articles is extremely thin. (Some of) my edit summaries for the fix ups are as long as my arm: "fixed dashes using a script, fix brackets, remove random spaces, add missing spaces, spelling, translate some Danish text (did I get that right?), fix date, [needs translation], add DEFAULTSORT, fix name in ibox, fix cat", "put ranges in brackets, formatting of year ranges per MOS", and "wl, overlink, translate to English, add DEFAULTSORT, add birth category, add death category". See 1, 2, and 3. I suggest you slow down and work more thoroughly. If you take that on board, I'd be happy to cast my eye over subsequent work (or anyone else who patrols here will do so). It would also be nice (and this is by no means a prerequisite for autopatrolled) if you could link your translations to Wikidata; that's easiest to achieve via the 'Languages' link in the left sidebar and giving language and title of another Wikipedia. I have over 25 good articles created and my getting this right will reduce the workload on page reviewers. Awaiting your reply. Thanks SuperSwift (talk) 14:13, 29 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Created numerous portals, active on WikiProject Portals. I create about 5-10 portals a day depending on the time I have so maybe if I have this right, it will reduce the workload of current new pages reviewer. ⊂Emoteplump (Contributions) (Talk) 15:22, 29 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Not done. Pages in the portal namespace aren't patrolled, so there's no need. – Joe (talk) 16:20, 29 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

User:Ganbaruby

I'm fairly experienced with Wikipedia guidelines, having created 31 articles to date. I plan on creating articles for all the train stations Taiwan that are currently red links. Most of my past work has been reviewed and passed successfully. Ganbaruby (talk) 01:39, 30 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

User:The Grid

I originally asked for this back in May 2018. The 25 articles created is merely a guideline so I don't want to showcase quantity but the quality of the articles I have created within the past 12 months. – The Grid (talk) 17:07, 30 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Can you please identify the articles under consideration? Thanks, Nakon 06:36, 31 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

User:HickoryOughtShirt?4

I have created 25 pages so far (meeting the guideline) but as you can see on my talk page, myself and another user are planning on creating articles for all the redlinks in the List of members of the IIHF Hall of Fame. All of my articles have been reviewed and passed successfully without the need for tagging or work. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 06:49, 31 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
