Please check out the relevant section at WP:CLOSEAFD and also confirm that you have read and fully understood the instructions at WP:NPP - patroling new pages is significantly more complex than reviewing drafts at AfC. I had an invitation from User:Insertcleverphrasehere in December 2017 to become a New Page Reviewer. See [1]. I gave it a bit of thought and I now want to go for it. I enjoy reviewing pages and tagging them for deletion and I am semi-active at AfC and I look out for copyright violations and tag them for deletion. I already have the pending changes reviewer right, I'm a student at the CVU to fight vandalism and I use STiki as one of my tools. While vandalism is not the main subject here, I have great knowledge of what an article should look like and what it shouldn't. I'm a regular contributor to various pages of the english Wikipedia and I don't make changes without having a thought about it and analyzing if it's the correct decision. I know how to create an article, I've created various articles on F1 the french wikipedia. I know each wikipedias are independent from one another, but I also know the particularities between them. I have been a contributor to the project for quite some time, primarily as a janitor. I have started reviewing new pages more frequently recently. I usually use Special:NewPages but would like to try using New Pages Feed. I am experienced in Twinkle, AFD's, CSD's, PROD's, tagging, and not biting newcomers.  Not done - for now. 500 edits is only a threhold guide. Your editing history has been very sporadic. In the last 2+ years you have only made 73 mainspace edits. In that time there have been many important changes to policies and guidelines. Please read WP:NPP to understand the complexity of this work and get up to speed with the latest developments. Comment I am not very happy with your behaviour at Carpentersville Middle School. You edit warred and you are extremely lucky that you weren't blocked. New Page Reviewers are expected to have not edit warred for six months because getting this right. You also don't have enough edits and it is very unlikely an admin will grant this right to you.
