David Lopez-Carr is a Geography professor at University of California Santa Barbara where he has been working since 2004. He received a PhD from University of North Carolina in Geography and a BA in Hispanic Literature with a minor in Geology. There he is involved with the Human-Enviornment Dynamics Lab. He is also a director for Latin American and Iberian Studies.
