I am a Curator on iNaturalist and am currently working to sync up iNaturalist taxon pages with Wikipedia articles by adding specific article titles (so that the iNaturalist page does not point to a Wikipedia disambiguation page). As I work through this process, I am making Wikipedia edits where appropriate, but have not yet reached 500 edits. However, I would like to get access to the content translation tool so that when I encounter a Wikipedia article on a taxon in a foreign language that does not have a corresponding page in English, I can create it and resolve the iNaturalist taxon page<->English Wikipedia article connection. Most of these will be stub articles with little need for extensive original language knowledge, and just a solid understanding of taxonomy.
