Autopatrolled

User:Whywhenwhohow

Has created 144 articles. Only five have been deleted. I dream of horses (Contribs) (Talk) 07:54, 18 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Their talk page has copy-paste warnings going back several years, and Earwig shows content copied from the FDA without attribution at Pafolacianine (created Nov. 30). Perhaps we should hold off until they can demonstrate proper attribution practices for reuse of public-domain text. –dlthewave 18:57, 18 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Dlthewave Uh, looks like I have another step to add for nominating for autopatrolled. I dream of horses (Contribs) (Talk) 20:39, 18 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not saying you need to run everything through Earwig, but a quick glance at the talk page will often reveal red flags which would prompt you to check for ongoing issues. –dlthewave 20:45, 18 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Dlthewave: The contributions to the Pafolacianine page were properly attributed using citations and the PD-notice template. It looks like Earwig needs to be updated. Please read the copy/paste discussions on my talk page. The warnings there were in error. --Whywhenwhohow (talk) 05:44, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, I see that now, I'm sorry I missed the PD template. Carry on. –dlthewave 12:59, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

While no big deal in mainspace (some 50 surviving articles created, I'm more prolific in template and category spaces), I think an AP for me is within the intention of Autopatrolling. DePiep (talk) 06:24, 25 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you but currently we only consider mainspace creations for autopatrolled (as far as I know templates and categories are not systematically patrolled) and your mainspace creations do not meet the criteria.  Not done. – Joe (talk) 08:32, 29 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like the autopatrolled permission removed from my account. When I create articles with content (as opposed to redirects/DABs), I would prefer someone else review them. Feel free to add me to the Wikipedia:New pages patrol/Redirect whitelist. User:力 (powera, π, ν) 22:14, 25 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Already done (automated response): This user already has the "autoreviewer" user right. MusikBot talk 22:20, 25 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
If read the request right, the user is asking for withdrawal of the right. -DePiep (talk) 04:35, 26 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Has created 20,562 articles. Only 244 articles (1.4%) has been deleted. I dream of horses (Contribs) (Talk) 16:18, 26 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This user has created nearly 200 articles about Wisconsin history and politics, only two of which have been deleted. These articles tend to be sourced and clearly notable, and as a new page reviewer I don't have any concerns. Extraordinary Writ (talk) 06:53, 29 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Done, noting that the two deletions were PRODs over five years ago. – Joe (talk) 08:28, 29 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
