Ernest Kabushemeye → Assassination of Ernest Kabushemeye – The article's sources and content are about the assassination of Ernest Kabushemeye, which seems to be the primary notability of the subject. It's unlikely that biographical content to write on the subject more broadly can be located and that we can expand our coverage of the subject beyond news sources on the assassination. Oppose. The article is about the person. His assassination gets only a quarter of a sentence in a four-sentence stub, a single short subordinate clause.
